Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would not recommend a reconditioned phone Bought this reconditioned phone with required plan. Arrived with no plan card. 75 minutes with customer service for them to activate phone. Then end call icon would not work sometimes. Text message would not work. Another 75 minutes for them to troubleshoot before granting me a replacement phone. I was not allowed to choose the replacement phone, but have to take whatever 'is in the warehouse.' The phone was $14.99 for relative who loses or breaks phones - I'll see how the "replacement phone" works.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Low cost, decent features. It's a good cell for the money! I had a problem with TEXT and Voice (Phone) when I got it. Couldn't do either and I tried everything to fix it. EVERYTHING. I called tech support and they got it straightened out in a few minutes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A phone which is good for nothing to start with. I like the phone, which is much faster then the one I had before. But it came with a ton of problems & to resolve the issues I have sit on the phone, get transferred from on tech to another & so on before I got it fixed I have spent hour long on the phone. Still though the phone works but it has issues when I making calls from a redial log or even text too. My Yahoo email is OK, but slow to even scan through it. I wish they researched this reconditioned phone before selling & shipping it out.

The phone plan purchased was supposed to appear once the phone was activated, but it wasn't. Hey, i got was i paid for, even though it wasn't what i expected! If it was not for the call plan (that i hope i get, and could not use on a different phone), this phone would have been used as a remote or child's play

Rated 3 out of 5 by from SOUND IS LOW I COULD BARELY HEAR ON THIS PHONE WITH VOLUME UP AS LOUD AS IT GOES. TRIED EVERY SETTING AND EVEN IN CAR. I ENDED UP BUYING ANOTHER ALCATEL THAT COSE 2 TIMES THE PRICE AND THAT IS EVEN WORST THAN THIS ONE.
